Kinstretch is a movement practice designed for every body to train the function and mobility of their joints. Using various stretch techniques in different base positions, Kinstretch helps you increase your range of motion, flexibility and stability no matter what level of movement ability you are currently at. It also helps create awareness so that you can mitigate injury during activity. Train your joints, and level up your movement game! We will dive deep into the hips (our biggest joint) and work on creating more space to do more of the things we love to do to move our bodies.
