Bending Bodhi School of Yoga 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training

Are you ready to take your yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level and teach others about the wonderful benefits of yoga? This 200 hour Yoga Alliance® accredited Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to move you deeper into your own personal practice while simultaneously preparing you to offer your teachings to others. Extensive study of asana, alignment, anatomy, adjustments and assists, the philosophy and history of yoga, teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga will prepare you to teach with confidence and poise. Exploring aspects of Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga, you’ll discover how to both fire the body up and how to slow it down.
We are committed to offering a training program that will not only prepare you to teach yoga comfortably and knowledgeably, but we also aim to help you on your spiritual journey to inspire your future students. The goal of this training program is to produce qualified and inspiring yoga teachers who are able to draw on their own practice and personal discipline to offer the benefits of yoga to others. Successful graduates of the course receive an internationally recognized certification by Yoga Alliance. This training takes place at our sister studio Bending Bodhi Yoga at 10 Franklin Plaza in Dover.
Meet and Greet Friday November 12th 6-8pm- Come in and meet the teachers, get a feel for the program, and get all your questions answered. This will include a 60 minute practice.
10 Training Weekends Once Monthly:
Fridays- 6-9pm, Saturdays 12-8pm, Sundays 12-7pm

PRICING- Non-Refundable Deposit to Secure Spot of $300, due at time of enrollment.
REGULAR PRICING- $2800, less deposit, full amount due by start date, students may pay in installments as they wish as long as full payment is in by start date.
INSTALLMENT PRICING- $3,300, less deposit, payable in 10 consecutive monthly installments of $330, final payment due prior to certificate being issued.
