Class Descriptions

Morning Flow -Jump start your day and wake up your body! This class is taught to all levels of strength and flexibility. Modifications will be offered for newer students as well as more challenging options for the more experienced students. Join us and start off your day with a positive mind and a strong body!

All Levels - This class is taught to all levels of strength and flexibility. Modifications will be offered for newer students as well as more challenging options for the more experienced student. All are welcome and everyone's needs will be catered to.

Gentle Flow -This class is recommended for beginners or those looking for a slower more gentle approach. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great!

Rhythmic Flow -This class is all about embracing the power you have within and letting it out! In this high intensity class you will move your body to the rhythm of music and breath. This class will be infused with rhythmic movement, core strengthening, yoga inspired movements, and high intensity intervals. This class is designed to make you sweat, get you moving and to lift your energy!

Power -Vinyasa Power Yoga is a fluid, powerful, style of yoga that links movement and breath together and is based on intuition rather than tradition. Vinyasa Power Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention.

Yin Yoga -Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more attention. Suitable for all levels.  

Sōl Fusion -Sōl Fusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels.

Inferno Pilates -This class combines the Pilates principles with HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training. It's a full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. This class is high-intensity, but low-impact, which helps protect the joints and muscles.

Mat Pilates -Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations and is suitable for all levels. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
