The Yin + Sound series that will take us all the way to the return of the light
The days are growing darker. The leaves have begun to change and soon shall fall. Support yourself as New England collectively takes the hermitage that we call “winter.” This sound series has been curated to tap into the energetics of each moment, while also carrying the overarching seasonal themes of transformation, quietude, resourcefulness, and peace.
Each session shall be it’s own sacred container and unique journey. You can expect to ground, find stillness in Yin poses, and then deepen into meditation and an extended sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and drums. Come to all five, or just show up when ever you need a safe space to set it all down.
