Emily is a 200hr RYT, who has been practicing since early childhood. Emily believes the body has an innate ability to heal itself of various ailments if you are willing to give it the attention and time it needs to heal. She is guided by her desire to help individuals connect mind, body, and soul through the power of movement. Emily provides her students with tools that will help aid them along their journey of self-love, something she personally has been practicing along her own healing journey. Emily strongly believes that yoga is for everyone, no matter what age, race, sex. All are welcome. All can benefit, heal, and connect. In her off time Emily enjoys spending time with her dog and going to different workout classes, and you can always find her by the ocean.
