Inferno to Stillness: Blue Moon Edition

You asked for another, and here it is. This workshop will take you on an experiential journey through the heights and depths of beingness, tapping into the energetics of the moment, inviting you to connect and create greater inner harmony.
You can expect a grounding warm up, leading into Inferno heights and cardio peaks; then wind down into Yin; stretching, long restorative holds making way for savasana and closing with a sound bath.
The sound component will feature gongs, drums, and crystal singing bowls. Lay back, relax, receive.
In true AJ-fashion, this session is designed to delight all your senses (look out for that nice cool towel post-session and a clean sweet treat at the desk on your way out!)
