

Pelvic Floor & More is a workshop with the intention to explore and understand our own bodies on a deeper level. The goal is to strengthen the mind-body connection so you know how to modify and advocate for yourself.
Our focus will be on our pelvic floor, hips, and the muscles that stabilize them. While learning how to maximize breathing function through the use of 360 degree breathing.
This class is not a diagnosis and I am not a doctor. It is important that you have an understanding of your body and its limitations and strengths before the first session.
