Join us at the height of spring for a special Yoga & Brunch event on Sunday, May 17th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.! We’ll start with a 60 minute all-levels yoga class at Sōl led by Keith Maden, that is designed to awaken the senses. After the class, we’ll walk across the street to The Fermanent Wine Lounge for a curated wine tasting featuring bubbly and effervescent wines. Also included in the tasting will be a selection of cheeses and light brunch items. For those that wish to stay a little longer, you may purchase a glass of wine off the Fermanent’s standard menu, or even buy a bottle to take home!
These light and lively wines have been thoughtfully selected for the tasting:
Lady Francoise Blanquette de Limoux from France - Pale yellow with golden reflections and fine bubbles. Aromas of spring flowers and fresh tree fruits. Lively, harmonious palate resembling a delicate Granny Smith apple bite.
Pizzolato Spumante Brut Rosé from Italy - Certified Organic/Vegan: Aromas and flavors of almonds, lemon chiffon, ripe apples, and summer peach with a silky, vibrant, fruity light body and a polished, medium-length finish. A friendly sparkler with a sophisticated side; appropriate for celebrations of all sizes.
Biokult Naken "Pet-Nat" from Austria - Certified Organic/Vegan/Dry Farmed: Skin-contact white with delicate golden color, good tannic structure and creamy body style. Tart acidity and bright citrus flavors combine for an energetic glass dripping with juicy grape goodness. This wine is unfiltered and may contain natural sediments
Wines will be paired with a delicious homemade breakfast foccacia from Happy Sunday Bread Company, a local Brie from Seacoast bites, and an assortment of crackers and fresh fruit.
